Anastasia moved to Ireland in 2007 from Lithuania, and she began working in Allfresh in 2016. Her first position in Allfresh was taking orders from the answering machine, she is now our office and accounts manager - she looks after everything from ordering paper for the printer to managing our company accounts. Anastasia is not just balancing work and family life she is also studying to be an accountant and has began sitting her exams. Anastasia is a prime example of how in Allfresh we value those who want to improve and up skill. Anastasia is an integral part of our team and continues put 110% in her work everyday.
Below are a number of questions I was fortunate enough to ask Anastasia
1. Current Role in Allfresh - and what does this entail?
I work in the accounts department. I look after debtors,creditors and any other money related questions. I am fortunate enough to have a great team around me which allows me to grow and expand my knowledge of both the industry and accounting.
2. Favourite part of working in Allfresh?
Freedom - I get to pick my hours which allows me to balance work and family life. I also have flexibility with my work, of course there are certain projects and tasks that need done but I do have the freedom to do new projects. This freedom does mean that I am left with a lot of responsibilities, I have to make sure that I complete the work in the times I wish to come in, I also have to make sure that I am in the office for any meetings or when I am needed.
3. What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
Whether or not it is clear to you - no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
4. Your Role Model?
My grandad, he had a very unique outlook on life. Every little thing becomes interesting and magical through his eyes.
